Mariposa Village Takes Shape on Rand Road
Construction is progressing smoothly on Mariposa Village! Framing is currently underway on the townhouses and retaining walls have been constructed along the northern and southern property lines. Each building on the site follows its own timeline:
- Phase 1, which includes three of the six main buildings and the community center, is scheduled to be completed in late July 2026.
- Phase 2, which covers the remaining three buildings, as well as a public park with playground, trails, and lighted crosswalk on Rand Road, is expected to be finished by January 2027.
