Westside Urban Renewal District
The Westside Urban Renewal District was established in 2023 through Ordinance 2077. The district has an authorized borrowing limit of $146.7 Million. The district will primarily fund westside area projects identified in the:
- City of Hood River Affordable Housing Strategy
- Parks and Recreation Multi-Jurisdictional Masterplan
- Hood River Transportation System Plan
