Start/Stop Utility Services

When starting or stopping utility services, The City of Hood River requires a completed Start/Stop Utility Service Application. Applications may be completed online or in person at Hood River City Hall during regular business hours. Applications must be received a minimum of two business days prior to the requested move date for processing. Please note we only start/stop utility accounts in the current billing month.

New accounts are charged a $20.00 non-negotiable administrative fee which appears on the first billing statement.
