The City of Hood River has joined several other jurisdictions who have implemented ePermitting, the State of Oregon online permit program. Over-the-counter mechanical permits may be purchased on-line at the link above. New Full service ePermitting allows licensed contractors, architects and engineers to submit applications for permits, including building, on-line.
