Bill Assistance

The City partners with Mid-Columbia Community Action Council (MCCAC) to provide financial assistance to those who qualify. Eligibility is determined by MCCAC using the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development income criteria for utility assistance. Eligibility guidelines are available online at this page. Financial assistance is not available to multi-family, commercial, or industrial businesses.
